Introduced to him by his grandmother, the Sweet Vinegar Pig Trotter Stew is a Chinese dish combining sweet & sour flavors. Andrew returns to his hometown in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to capture his grandmother's story as she shares this dish with us.
